Personal Style: Star-Spangled Jorts

Why is jorts such a disgusting sounding word? Anyway, if you didn't know, jorts is another word for jean shorts. I remember when I was a kid I used to rock this awesome pair of knee-length acid wash jean shorts (those are probably back in style now, I think I saw a pair at Forever 21.) Long gone are my days of baggy acid wash. Now you'll find me rocking a pair of star-spangled jorts.

I wore this outfit when we went to the Erie County Fair, because, hello, what else would I wear? I think jean shorts are part of the county fair dress code, along with mullets and fanny packs. Unfortunately, I left my mullet and fanny pack at home.

I wore just a simple grey t-shirt to keep it comfortable and of course my trusty cross-body bag so I can be hands free while eating my deep-fried bacon cinnamon roll. Again, not as good as it sounds.
