Personal Style: Joe Freshy Fresh
I don't normally dress head-to-toe in one label (although there are times when everything I'm wearing is from Target...because hello, Target) but I feel like this top and shorts from Joe Fresh were a natural pairing.
My mint obsession rears its ugly head again, and I just had to have this shirt when i saw it. It's so light and airy and comfortable for the summer heat and can be worn with everything from shorts to a skirt to a pair of jeans. When something is so comfortable and chic, I know I'm going to get a lot of use out of it!
Now I know what you are thinking. Seriously, Lindsay? What in god's green earth are on your feet? Well, I love you guys and I'm not going to pretend that I'm rocking heels 24/7. I LIVE in these stupid three-dollar flip flops from Old Navy in the summer. I wear them everywhere. Every year I buy 2 new pairs, one black and one white, and I don't feel bad about destroying them at the end of summer because they are only THREE DOLLARS. I'm sorry, Tim Gunn. I know you said that these are only appropriate for the shower, but I can't part with my disgusting flip flops.
I highly recommend these shorts, though! They are a thicker, more substantial, material. The black and white geometric pattern makes it easy to dress these up or down, and you can wear a multitude of different colored tops with these. I can even see myself wearing black tights under these with boots and sweater come the fall season.
Is anyone else loving the Joe Fresh line at JC Penney as much as I am?
