Please do not adjust your computer screens. You are seeing this correctly. I met Fabio Viviani! Can I just tell you, he was as charming and sweet as he was on Top Chef and every other television appearance that I've seen him on. I seriously was so nervous, that I had no idea what to say to him. I get star-struck so damn easily. So basically, in pure Lindsay fashion, I told him that he was fabulous and that I loved him. Smooth. He told me that my panda iPhone cover was cute when we went to take the picture. I was pretty much swooning the entire time.

I bought a copy of his new cookbook and the recipes look so delicious. I'm definitely going to be making a few of them very soon!

Oh, and this also happened...

Weeeeeeeee! Fabio, if you are somehow reading this (even though I highly doubt it), you really are fabulous and I love you. And I'm really not that much of a nervous dork the other 364 days out of the year.
