It's time for another food truck review! When we went to Boom Days this past weekend, 4 of Buffalo's awesome food trucks were there to serve all of the hungry event-goers.

And R&R BBQ, which I have never had before! Looking at their menu, everything looked amazing, as I am a super huge fan of anything BBQ. I wanted a nice warm sandwich, so I decided on the pulled pork mac and cheese grilled sandwich. I also ordered a side of corn bread. This is what it looked like, please try not to drool on your keyboard:

I never knew a sandwich that sounded so wrong could be so right. The mac and cheese was so gooey and cheesy and the pulled pork was tender and wasn't too sweet, which I find can sometimes be a problem with BBQ pulled pork for me. Put the two together and grill it in the sandwich and you have an amazing combination that can't be beat! The rocky road brownies looked delicious, although I didn't have any room after finishing this monster sandwich. I may have to recreate those in my own kitchen!
